When buying from us you automatically accept our terms & conditions whether the sale takes place on Instagram, Facebook, email or on our website.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
All sales are final.
Returns are not accepted as it is a personalized product. We do quality check each and every wig before sending. If the product is still defect for some reason, please write us an email as soon as possible with pictures and a description attached on info@moccahaircollection.com so we can provide you with the best possible service.
We cannot guarantee a refund and we are handling each and every case individually.
Time to answer:
Please allow us to message back on every request and question you might have within 24 hours.
Delivery time:
We strive our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Since all of our wigs require customizing, please be aware that it can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 10 weeks after you have placed an order, depending on your requirements, before you receive it.
Payments:
We accept bank transfers and the payments that are visualized before checkout.
We start the customizing process 24 hours after your payment is received. That means that you have 24 hours to cancel your purchase in case you regret it.
Since each and all of our units are custom made, we do NOT offer a refund after 24 hours where we have placed your order at our wigmaker.
Can I make any adjustments after placing an order:
To buy a high quality wig can be a big decision, so we appreciate it if you take the time to read our guidelines and our ‘how to order’ guide and really think it through before placing an order.
If you have any changes that we need to know of, please let us know before 24 hours since you have placed the order, since we send the wig to production.
If the change is in the cap size we wont charge you extra, but if you want a change in the color, capstyle or length please be aware that there might be a change in the price that we need to charge you for before sending it into production. In case it cost less we will send you the difference/differencial amount back to your account, but PLEASE NOTE these changes can only be made 24 HOURS AFTER you have placed your order.
Cancelation of your order:

Since every wig is customised and we send your desired style to production as soon as possible for us, you have 24 hours to write us an email if you regret your purchase, that give us a space of time to stop the production. - Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If the package is returned, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged packaging or if the specified address was not correct. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.
- We do NOT accept any refunds after purchasing since each and every unit is custom made, please think it through before ordering.
- COLOR DISCLAIMER: PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COLOR OF YOUR UNIT MAY VARY, DESPITE EVERY EFFORT TO PROVIDE ACCURATE IMAGES OF EACH UNIT, PHONES AND COMPUTER SCREENS CANNOT BE RELIED UPON TO ACCURATELY REPRESENT COLORS.
We strive to match your desired color, but do not guarantee 100% correctness, as there may be a slight difference in color from computer and or phone screens.
Shipping information:
We ship with Fedex, DHL, GLS (depending on your location) as soon as we have received and quality checked your item. We make sure that you get a tracking number and we offer free shipping for every purchase. Tax and duties are covered by us.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged packaging or if the specified address was not correct. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.
