Measuring & how-to-order - guide

Before ordering your wig, you will need to know the size of your head. To make it as precise as possible, we recommend that you measure in centimeters. 

Please note that a wig cap + a comb is included in your box

Measuring Guide: 

Please use a small elastic band and make a tight bun at the bottom of your head,  make sure that it's above your lowest hairline. 

Please measure in the following order:

  1. Circumference (do NOT include the bun when measuring)
  2. Front to back (DO include the bun when measuring)
  3. Ear to ear across front hairline 
  4. Ear to ear over the top 
  5. Ear to ear over the back (measure above the bun, do NOT include the bun when measuring)
  6. Nape of neck (measure under the bun, do NOT include the bun when measuring)

 

If you find yourself caught between two sizes, we highly recommend that you opt for the size corresponding to the circumference of your head, or select the larger size. This is because you can always adjust a larger wig to fit snugly. If any uncertainty remains, please feel free to email us your measurements.

Please note: We do not offer a refund or a new wig if you have measured wrong, so please double check before ordering. 

 

How to order guide

 

Every single wig on our website is customized. If you prefer a wig that's currently not on display, we are more than willing to customize a wig that suits your needs or preferences. Feel free to contact us, and we will walk you through the process of ordering the perfect wig for you. 

After measuring you need to decide if you want a wig made from Indian or Brazilian hair. 

Density: You can choose between 130%, 150% or 180% when ordering.

 

For ordering a wig: 

1. Choose your desirered wig 

2. Chose the length (12 - 28 inches) please note that the length of the wig is measured from the crown

3. Size of cap (S - L, please contact us if you need a smaller or bigger cap), see our measuring guide.

4. Density (130%, 150% or 180%) see our density guide

 

Please contact us if you need any further adjustments.You are also welcome to attach a photo of your desired wig and we will do our best to fulfill your wishes. 

OBS: COLOR DISCLAIMER: PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COLOR OF YOUR UNIT MAY VARY, DESPITE EVERY EFFORT TO PROVIDE ACCURATE IMAGES OF EACH UNIT, PHONES AND COMPUTER SCREENS CANNOT BE RELIED UPON TO ACCURATELY REPRESENT COLORS. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: If you have any changes that we need to know of, please let us know within 24 hours after you have placed the order, since we send the wig to production. If the change is in the cap size we won´t charge you extra, but if you want a change in the color, cap, style or length please be aware that there might be a change in the price that we need to charge you for before sending it into production. In case it cost less, we will send you the difference to your account. 

PLEASE NOTE: these changes can only be made 24 HOURS AFTER you have placed your order. 24 hours after your order, the wig is in production at our wig maker.
