Shipping information:

We ship with Fedex as soon as we have received and quality checked your item. We make sure that you get a tracking number and we offer free shipping for every purchase. Tax and duties are covered by us.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged packaging or if the specified address was not correct. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.

 

Delivery time:

We do strive our best to get it to you as quickly as possible, and since all of our wigs require customising, please be aware that it can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 10  weeks, depending on your requirements, before you receive it. Thank you for your patience.
